A short thought on loving yourself:
This is obviously cliché, but incredibly important. We are often our own biggest critics, and we may even think that because we are so critical of ourselves, other people will be equally critical of us. However, this is not usually the case.
People don’t know us as well as we do, and they probably wouldn’t judge us for the same things we judge ourselves for.
