The first step is to believe in having a fulfilling social life. And then choosing to have one.
I’m not saying it’s going to happen just like that or be an easy thing, but you can definitely achieve it. And that is by having hope, using all the possible avenues that you can, doing all the emotional and spiritual work you need to, and reading articles like this.
Your behavior is your life. Your perception is your reality. Having a fulfilling social life is something to believe in, and you can make it happen.
